springy yogurt

This coming week is the spring equinox and I couldn’t be more ready.

To prepare, I’ve gotten my ingredients in order for a new favorite breakfast: coconut yogurt.

All that is needed is your favorite greek yogurt, vanilla extract, agave syrup, and a sprinkling of coconut.

To assemble, scoop however much yogurt you are in the mood for and drizzle your desired amount of agave and vanilla, in equal amounts. Finally, I love to toast my shredded coconut and then add that to the combination.
